Welcome to the Eacco website which is owned and operated by Eacco Group.

Acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices, and disclaimers contained in this agreement are required for access to the Website. Your agreement to the Terms of Use is implied by your use of and/or access to the Website.

We reserve the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time.

Our services

We cannot be held liable for any Website delays or interruptions. We’ll make commercially reasonable efforts to keep delays and interruptions to a minimum. We cannot, however, guarantee that the Website will be accessible at all times or at any particular moment.

The Terms of Use are regulated by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippines and Courts of Appeal from them for determining any dispute concerning the Terms of Use.
