The Build So Far: Eacco Construction Inc.

Just along the high-rise corridor of ADB Avenue in Ortigas Center, the towering buildings bore witness to the grit and growth of Eacco Design + Construction. In 2025, the firm laid down its corporate foundations moving from Kapitolyo to a strategic stronghold in the heart of Ortigas. But beyond the new address lies a deeper question: Who is Eacco, really? And what does it truly stand for?

“College palang ako, I already know it to myself that in the future, I will be starting my own practice probably because my exposure to architecture and construction industry from my mom”

Ar. Heesoen Arevalo

Eacco began as a simple idea: “Easy Construction”. Founded by Ar. Heesoen Arevalo in 2021, the firm’s origin traces back to her college years, where she immersed herself in research and gained hands-on experience during her on-the-job training. Influenced deeply by her parents who are both engineers, Ar. Heesoen anchored her vision in the dream of establishing her own practice in design and construction.

The Vision

“To tailor spaces where every design defines quality”

This vision was born when founders sat down to define what Eacco truly stands for. They knew it had to reflect more than just design; it had to embody the care, precision, and purpose behind every decision.

At Eacco, every square meter on the plan has meaning. Every detail, no matter how small, is thoughtfully considered and meticulously executed. Quality isn’t just a goal but it’s a standard that guides every phase of the project, from concept to completion.

“We aim that in  everything we do, every spot in the plan has its purpose, quality down to the smallest scale and provide the best quality there is. Commitment to clients is the most important and not just an addition to our portfolio.”

Ar. Jonas Nazareth

This vision continues to shape the company’s identity and not just as a contractor and designer, but as a team that shares success across all levels, from directors to construction workers. It’s a vision built on trust, collaboration, and the belief that excellence is crafted in every detail.

The Mission

“To uphold the highest standard of craftsmanship and professionalism in every project, building trust and long-lasting relationships with clients.”

This mission is more than a statement; it’s a shared commitment that drives every member of the Eacco team. A team that Eacco takes pride in. According to Ar. Jonas Nazareth in an interview, what makes the work truly fulfilling is the passion and energy exchanged within the team. Every brainstorming session becomes an exciting phase of discovery, where ideas flow freely and everyone contributes to shaping each project with intention.

The Story

“I was just starting by 2021 and building my own coffee shop from the ground up. There, most of my customers and clients were amazed with my work and then the coffee shop construction projects soon kept pouring in and that is when I decided to do the designing services”

Ar. Heesoen Arevalo

It is the year 2021, month of November, Ar. Heesoen registered Eacco as a newcomer to the field. During also this year, Eacco completed its first project which is a corporate office space design for Qnsesa Solutions Corporation. By 2022, she had single-handedly completed Eacco’s first commercial renovation: Coba Café & Bar. The quality and detail of her work didn’t go unnoticed. Clients and customers were impressed, and word quickly spread through their networks. What began as a personal build soon opened doors to professional opportunities in architecture and construction, marking the start of Eacco’s first series of commissioned projects.

Slowly but steadily, projects began to pour in. But the rapid pace of early success brought in a new dilemma. Manpower. The projects kept coming but the workforce to deliver lies solely to Ar. Heesoen.

But in 2023, a pivotal year for the company, Eacco welcomed the reinforcements it needed to rise to the competition. Ar. Jonas Nazareth joined as Director of Operations, leading the completion of the firm’s first condominium fit-out in Icon Residences and its first as-built design services in Parc Chateau Condominium and Urbanpace.

“I was working in corporate, but Ar. Heesoen invited me to join and I didn’t hesitate. I’ve always planned to have my own practice in architecture and construction, and I thought, why not start now with someone I trust and believe in?”

With expanded manpower, Eacco opened its doors to construction opportunities, hiring skilled workers and building its operational backbone. By April 2024, the firm had completed its first ground-up construction project for Klaffee Café, their first government commission and launched quarterly training programs for its construction team.

Now in 2025, Eacco enters its golden year of opportunity. With a new office in Ortigas Center and completed incorporation, the firm embarks on a new chapter. From designing its own workspace to refining its internal systems, the transition feels like starting over, but this time, with structure, strategy, and a team united by a shared goal.

Eacco has gained the support of committed individuals who believe in its goals. Its systems and workflows are now more streamlined than ever, and with a clearer perspective on its vision and mission, the company is steadily moving closer to establishing its name in the industry.

The next big thing is still out there, and Eacco is building it, one detail at a time.
